How to Verify a Karnataka RERA Project Status Online
You can check any property status online by using the official state website to search the builder's public files through basic search boxes. Always use the true government website to keep your personal data safe from fake clone sites and to get real legal facts.
Follow these simple steps in order to find and read your project's official state papers on the screen:
1. Go to the Official KRERA Site:1-2 Mins.
Open your web browser and type the link rera.karnataka.gov.in to load the homepage. If the site shows text in Kannada, click the English option button at the top right side of the page.
2. Click on the Project Status Link:1 Min.
Move your mouse over the top main tab called Services to open a new small menu list. Click the word Project Status from that list to open the main public search page.
3. Type the Project Details:1-2 Mins.
Fill out the blank text search boxes, and type the RERA Registration Number to get the fastest result. You can also search by typing the main Builder Name or the Local District if you do not have the number.
4. Open the Project File Page:2 Mins.
Click the blue link of the project name in the search list to see the builder's full profile page. Look at the current status line to see if it says "Approved" and not "Lapsed" or "Under Watch."
5. Save the PDF, Certificate: 1 Min.
Scroll down to the bottom file area and click the main link marked RERA Certificate. Save this PDF file on your phone or PC because banks need it to pass your home loan.
